Escape from Hell: test room

Simplify controls to just a few shoulder buttons. Reload is awkward, you may as well make it automatic like the special ability. Jump with is OK since there's no run + shoot + jump in your level's layout, but that could be a problem later.

Very cool. I would add some kind of hit reaction for enemies though.

Aiming with the right stick just doesn't feel intuitive. And only being able to shoot when aiming with it is a bit restrictive. Also a respawn point or at least an exit door upon death would be great.

R3 as reload button might be better choice. I like top down s*******, one of my goal on Dreams is to make a solid Alien swarm like !
