Sleep paralysis : The dark being of my childhood

Every time i go to sleep i have nightmares and sometimes i dont have a nightmare

How to avoid sleep paralysis
Step 1: Sleep with a blindfold
Step 2: Problem solved

When I have sleep paralysis I don't have demons I just cant move

Nice and creepy. Evil spirits or hallucinations. Ive had so many and they are always trying to get me in some inventive new way. I might steal this idea down the road xD

Happened to me just once. It was a creepy old lady peeking at my window and staring at me. Doesn't sound that bad but it was terrifying. I will never forget that. Good job with this one

The only sleep paralysis i remember was when i was 2 or 3 this hand with two eyes ln top of it just appeared at the end of my bed it walked right next to me then went under my bed and disappeared. Slept with my mom for weeks.
