Crack the cube

After the cube evolves the game ends and I can't see what's inside. Am I doing something wrong?

I must know what's inside 👁️

Realy wanted to get into this interesting puzzle. I managed to get some thngs to hapen, but teded to not fully understand why they were happening. Then the cube just rolled off camera without any input from me and I had no idea what I was meant to do.
