Why Does The Dreams Disconnected Notifiation Randomly Appear?

It happens to all of us, unfortunately. Once upon a time, the server connection was a lot more stable... But then, Mm ended live service for Dreams and transferred everything to a different set of servers.
...Much less reliable servers, evidently. XD
