    Yep, I can confirm it works. Collect all the Prize Bubbles. Now, replay Art's Dream and collect the first bubble you can and boum there you go!

    Okay, so once you collect them all, you might need to go into Art's Dream again and collect 1 prize bubble to trigger it.
