well it has great amount of scream well done friend

neat concept, but a bit badly executed.

The charger seems to be broken When i beat it. It get locked into a cutesceen where it get back up and wave it arm in animation loop

You should put some invisible walls up to better direct the player, and remove the dog HP bars. The buildings and cutscenes are pretty nice.
