The red parts, you'll see how the thermometer on the left corner start to go lower. Try to leave it as low as you can while keeping a nice level of detail.

I just wanted to tell you about the "Details" tool (I play in spanish, so I don't know the proper name in english).
After you finish sculpting, select this tool and uncheck the size option on the right of the screen. Then use R2 on
