I tried many things, works best on metals and reflection. I boxed it in to see how it works without orange /blue background.

I deleted skybox and flicker went away. I tried it on many items and it has some good qualities! I just wish the backdrop could be turned on/off :) still good!

I like its metallic look to objects, I don't like the flicker and set orange glow in background.Maybe I am not tweaking it right?
