Besides Trevor Henderson creatures, ever heard of LeovincibleCreations?

Another idea would be an underground science lab like the first Resident Evil movie or the SCP Foundation. Could have holding cells/habitats for each infected. Could have your other monsters there too, a containment facility.

Another Blackworm Infection map idea would be a gas station near the woods, maybe a remix of your original map. Could have human infected wandering around mindlessly. Another idea would be an apartment building rooftop overlooking a street full of them.

For map ideas for Blackworm Infection, you could make a forest trail that leads by a stream. You could add infected fish wiggling on the shore, and infected bears eating them. You could use it as a showcase area for infected animals.

U should continue your cave monsters, they are great!
