Study: The clock in the cave had a schedule under it with 5 slots. You need to look for a total of 5 clocks around the place (not including any in the study, you've already used them). A couple of them might not look exactly like clocks at first.

Hi again! The puzzles second time round use the same logic as the first time, it's just that the clues are a little harder to spot.
Map Room: Is there another map somewhere on which you can count the steps taken to reach the goal?

All chess games can be won by White. Sometimes it may take two or three moves (I found this a tough one. Took me a while to figure out, but there is always a 'best' next move for White, which forces Black into only one possible move each time).

There are several clocks (outside of the study). Not all of them look the same. If it has a big and a little 'hand', it's a clock.

Hi. If you got the big (yellow) flower to open, then you're mostly there. Think about what you had to do to make that happen and what numbers were involved.
The smoke is just one clue (like the tap was). Look for three others.
