If the controller speaker for a controller is down to 0, that audio will only play through headphones if they're plugged in. If they're not plugged in, it won't be heard at all. This option would play the audio through the TV as normal if the setting is all the way down and there are no headphones plugged in to all the controllers the creator wants to play the audio.
