A sculpt can be high-detail-level, but cost very little because of looseness edits. This is not reflected by the visualisation of the adjust detail tool. It seems because it is a high detail level overall, it shows it in red even when it's cheap.

This change would better reflect which sculpts need to be lowered more urgently, as is intended by this visualisation.
