This would render more flecks between points of a stroke, similar to how lowering fleck density renders few flecks between points of a stroke.
This would let us be able to draw a line, and make it thicker without making it fatter (with looseness) or jagged (with fleck stretch on a curvy line).
It could also be used in conjunction with the upcoming "reduce paint detail" tool so that a simplified painting doesn't inherently look patchy, but the fleck density could be increased to fill in the gaps.
