Dreamers should have the ability to send their game for review to Mm and sell them on the PS store (a little like Apple does with the App Store), even if that requires a fixed publishing fee.

This would:

- Bring Dreams to new audiences and grow the coMmunity

- allow Mm to make sure published creations are not a blatant copies of already existing games and respect PlayStation's TOS

- be a barrier of entry (concerning the publishing fee) to avoid the store being flooded with "tiny" games

- allow dreamers to get feedback on their creations with the already existing comment features prior to release

- allow some dreamers to actually realize their dreams and make a living out of their art

Issues often raised and possible solutions:

1. What would happen if the creation would be made with other dreamers creations?

When sharing their creations on Dreams, dreamers would have the ability to set preferences about their creations, i.e. whether it's open source and therefore free to use, whether they want to be credited for them or not and whether it should be monetized (with a fixed price).

2. What would happen if a dreamer wants his/her creation to be monetized?

The asset created would be available for free as long as you don't publish on the PS Store (just like it is right now). If you want to publish your creation and some assets you have used are monetized, you would get notified for the total amount you need to pay with an in-game currency system (earned through selling your own assets or earned with real money) or with real money. Mm could also take a cut since they provide the platform.

3. What would happen if the creation is published and there is copyright infringement?

Dreamers selling their creations would need to sign a waiver prior to publication, releasing Mm from any responsibility over this kind of issue (just like other gaming engine, 3D software, DAW etc are not responsible for an artist's creation).
