Layers would be a nice addition that would make organizing a scene much easier. Select the objects you want Select add to Layer 1, or Create Layer if there are no layers present. You can find these layers under the show/hide section. Here you can rename them and toggle their visibility along with deleting them.
You can also make layers while in sculpt mode. It works the same way as before. Select the pieces, add to a layer, rename, delete, visibility, only now there is a new option called color. You select a color from the color picker and drag an intensity slider.
It would also be in spraypaint mode. Same options as before, but now there is an opacity slider too.
