This setting on gadgets that target things (eg. tags) would mean we could power the gadget with a player info fat wire, and it would only target things (eg. tags) owned by that player.
For example, a player possesses a puppet. Holding square they power a trigger zone looking for a tag with "consider players" activated. That sends a signal from a tag in a box, with the player info saying "player 1" is detecting this tag.
The box has a teleporter looking for a "carry position" tag, with "consider players" on. As it's powered by a wire saying "player 1," it would only find tags owned by (inside of) player 1's character. So it would teleport to player 1's carry position and not player 2's.
So this would be similar to the expansion of the scoping functionality to other gadgets, but for players.
