As things stand you can duplicate an instrument (and the notes within it) and then drag a new instrument on top of it, to copy *all* the notes, however it's not possible to copy-paste a subset of notes across different instruments.
I often find myself wanting to reuse a subset of notes from one instrument in another. It would be ideal if copy-pasting subsets of notes worked across instruments. As it is, you are forced to draw the notes again, once per instrument, which gets tedious.
