If you could lock a camera to the particular view you are at, at any point. Somethings you wanna lock off a axis. Eg being able to lock a overhead or god view while u map out or arrange bits...when u are working on a puppet - lock front on...I no the align grid and other things can help but still being able to lock view knowing you are abosolulty straight to the object.
