UPDATE (for hyperlinking creations): I've noticed that if you paste the hyperlink and add a punctuation mark right after it (I've only tested the question mark), the hypeink will fail to post. You can avoid this by simply adding a space before entering the punctuation mark.

For creations, you need to know its URL on indreams.me. You can acquire this by searching the creation on indreams, or by opening up the ceation on Dreams, selecting the mail icon "Send to..." in the top-right, then selecting "view on indreams.me".
Copy everything after "indreams.me/[element, dream, collection]". It should be a "/", followed by a string of letters and numbers. If you are still on indreams.me, go ahead and paste it anywhere you want.
But if you want to go in-game on Dreams to hyperlink the creation, there's an extra step. The game will not recognize the link segment you copied. A good way to see what happens is to---on indreams.me---paste it in your bio and save (obviously). Once on Dreams, edit your bio, and you will notice the link segment has changed. Copy this new link segment and use it anywhere in-game.
Users will now be able to click on the hyperlink with their imp!
