I can't figure out how I should rotate my sculpting shapes.

I know I can rotate them by just rotating my controllers but that won't help me when I need to rotate them 180 degrees.
Couse I don't wanna snap my wrists. ;)

If there is no short cut for this than please add that becouse it is really obstructive.
