It seems that Dreams is particularly finnicky when it comes to the order of operations. I have a kind of transformer I'm working on, and I can't quite seem to get the joints to behave like they would on a puppet. I'm not sure how I should build it up. Should I attach joints from the core outwards until I reach the extremities? Should I start by going out-to-in? And how should I group things and in what order in order to make sure everything moves as intended?

I've tried a bunch of different things and I can't quite wrap my head around it. I eventually got the leg I'm working on to be able to be rotated and animated as you would a puppet, but it required me going into a rabbit hole of subgroups to be able to pull the various joints the way I intended, unlike a puppet.

Any help would be appreciated!
