Working in a scene not ready to publish and I have made logic I want to publish.

I select it and save as a new creation but when I go to release it I get a screen prompting me to publish the work in progress scene it is considered remixed from. If I don't then I cannot publish it.

Do I have to wait until I am ready to publish the scene?
