I was creating an element, and decided to make two versions of it. So I cloned a few, and saved the variations as assets (from within edit mode - seemed very convenient but I very much regret it!)
Now I have all of these branched versions, and somehow everything is tied together, so it won't let me delete or publish any single one of these without publishing all of them. I'm stuck with a whole mess and seemingly no way to "rescue" my work out of the rat's nest.
I can't see any option but to throw away hours of work (or clutter up my profile with needless repeated creations). Does anyone know if there's a way out of this?
