That would be kind of a cool way of doing this... L1+square on a button input on the controller sensor tweak menu, give it a name. Now it shows up in the button remapping UI with that name. You'd probably need the names to be separate for move controllers too, but that could be done. Interesting...
Probably still never going to happen because it's very hit and miss as to what Mm even sees/considers on here it feels like. But some sort of button mapping built-in would greatly increase accessibility for players.
