Yes, I've already reported a similar bug with Number Displayers, so it's not surprising that it also affects Text Displayers. The necessary conditions for reproducing it were the control scheme being motion control, the Number Displayer's Auto-fit tweak being turned off, the Number Displayer's In Scene tweak being turned on, and the Number Displayet's tweak menu being closed. Under those conditions, the left stick stops working when the imp hovers over the Number Displayer's display gizmo - but you can still use motion control to get the imp out of that situation and then the left stick will start working again.
