There are some gadget inputs for which the wire blend mode "overwrite" doesn't work for the new "date and time" fat wire type. So far, the inputs with this bug that I've discovered are the new time input of the Sun and Sky, the input of a Node, and the input of a Calculator. There may be a similar problem with the Wireless Transmitter and Wireless Receiver, but that will require more investigation to determine whether the problem is at the gadget input or in the wireless communication.
The input of the Splitter is one that's working correctly, so that can be used as a workaround - at a cost of two extra gadgets and eight extra wires.
