And as an addition: once you emit a single microchip, there should be a feature where stamping the emitter on a sculpt will also stamp that microchip on that sculpt, and affect that.

So you could have one "master" chip and only change that one, and then the emitters will automatically update on all sculpts in the scene. Live cloning, but logic!
