Use your notes app. I use Apple Notes and all my game ideas on on there for each piece. It’s got a great bullets and checklist manager and also a little drawing tool. Otherwise use Google slides. Slides is better cause it supports audio clips so you can add audio ideas and also organise things in a more storyboards style using a slide per idea.
