The example you gave called your game epic then highlighted an issue they found with the game that they think could be improved. Neither spiteful or mean in my opinion, and a valid comment on your game - I would go so far as to say they liked it but had a disappointing experience with the aiming mechanic and wanted to let you know so you could improve it. You are going to need a thicker skin as a creator if this comment has upset you because not every comment is going to be from someone who loved everything about your creation. These are quick throw away comments most of the time in a very reduced character box, so comments are likely to be to the point. Believe me, there are a lot of trolls out there that would be a lot meaner than this and there is already a reporting mechanism in place for this. If you block the player they can no longer comment on your creations, so if you think someone is being over negative on all your stuff you can stop them from seeing it. The comment made when they were not blocked will remain for others to see though, you wont be able to see it. You also will not be able to see their creations, so be sure you want to start blocking people, it should be a last resort .

I also think you are assuming a lot about why games get played - and let me tell you it is a rare Dreamer who reads the comments to a game before playing it, and will not a play a game because of one negative comment.
