Hi! Yes, this question makes perfect sense! If you scope into the puppet (use L1 and X to do this) you should see a microchip appear on the floor next to it. It should be labelled puppet logic. Open this microchip with L1 and X. If you place sounds in here, they will be stuck to the puppet and move with it. There is another detail to be aware of - Sounds also need to be set to 3d, in order to sound like they move around with the character. If you were to grab a sound from the Backgrounds section of the SFX library, and stamp it in here, it would still sound like it was coming from all around. Tweak any sound to change this - you can turn the sound's 3d positioning on or off on the 4th page of the sound tweak menu.
If you used the Deluxe puppet, there will be another chip on here called SFX: Blank puppet - there are already some sounds connected to the puppet in here, have a look at their tweak menus for further clues in this area!
