You can take the Deluxe Puppet from Gadgets -> Gameplay Gear, and then add the sculpts to the puppet.
The way you do this is, for example if you want to give it a hat, hold the hat with R2 and then scope in on the puppet with L1 + X, then once you're scoped in and still holding R2 you need to scope in on the head. Then you place it however you want and it will work.
