Hey,
If you stick the camera gadget to a small cube, you can offset it by tweaking the gadget and dragging the white circle that appears on the gadget.
Then, you can rotate the cube with a rotator. It will rotate around its centre, so the camera will orbit around that centre point too. Just make the cube invisible and non-collidable, and place it at the point you want it to orbit.
