I'm constantly having rotation issues. I will have everything perfectly aligned and working fine with the clone/copy function and then all of the sudden one piece will rotate and I can't align it back with the grid. One of the molecules posted a suggestion that it was the "always upright" option in the grid alignment but I hardly ever have that on so it's not that. The best way I have of fixing it is taking grid snap on and doing my best there, sometimes if I rotate it without grid snap on and then turn the grid back on it will correct itself.
