What do you mean by "sculpture section"? It sounds like you've made a collection for sculptures, but you're asking how to make collections..?
If those characters are in a "sculpture collection," you can simply click on each character to see their cover page. Then click on "send to..." (top-right) and select "collection." Then choose the collection you want to add it to.
To publish a collection, I assume there's a button within the "edit collection" page that lets you release it to the dreamiverse.
