Take a square and shape it how you want using the stretch tool
When you have the desired shape, turn on the negative so your shape is only a line drawing. This will allow you to cut out the desired shape.
Once the shape is cut, turn it back to positive again.
Place that shape down as a template for size and, either cut into that for the window, or measure other pieces against it to make sure what you make is the right size.
You can always change the size with up/down on the D-pad if you've made a slight mistake.
