So you could do just a little bit of wiring and get it, but it would all be self contained.
Wire the Tag's Transform output into a splitter, and then take it's translation and use a transmitter to send that information to wherever you need it.
In the other post you made about getting the specific nearest target, you can use the exclusive gate to power the transmitter, and you'd send the position data of My Nearest Target.
