Sorry for replying to an old post but I figured out how to do this. Just scope into the puppet and press down on the dpad while hovering the imp over the puppet's pelvis. Then move the puppet to the correct position and de-animate the feet to make them normal sized. Here's an old YouTube video that demonstrates how to do this: https://youtu.be/nz2nM0_Nk2s
