There isn't right now. But you can adjust the tempo in the tweak menu of the timeline (look for playback speed). Turn on the metronome and it might help you out.

I think most of the time, people pick a tempo and play along to the metronome. So that might be useful for you.

I'll try to make a "tap to find the tempo" thing though, to help people out.
