What I would do is save the house as a new element, then add it to each of your individual scenes. That way you can go in and edit the house on its own, then you have the ability to update the house in your levels from the Assembly menu. I'm not sure what happens if you change the house from inside one of your scenes, so be careful to only change it in its own creation.
