How much help do you need?

You'll need to make a separate scene with a selection interface. Most people like to use selectors. A control sensor set to remote control with joysticks or the dpad wired into the > and < inputs on the selector. You'll need a bunch of text displayers and some doors set to exit. I think you can label them Door 1, Door 2, etc..

Wire your preferred confirm button into a few and gates (one per selector output / level) along with each selector output. Wire the and gates into the (exit) doors.

Then when you build your dream, the start scene bubble will have multiple door nubs that you can connect to the other scenes.

That's a very vague description, but it's a broad question that depends a lot on how you want it to look/function. You can use keyframes to make certain text glow or change color. Or add paint effects to circle highlighted options, etc.

Feel free to ask more questions if you need more specific help.
