all we can do is any temporary element just to move an object from 1 scene to another you can't delete that local save without deleting anything that element is connected to, instead you have to archive it meaning to throw it into a void, still wont delete it so we still cant delete useless trash.
this is like telling an artist you can't scrap your paints you must keep them even if the artist makes mistakes and wants to start over eventually the artists room will be full of trashy pictures that cant be thrown away.
