You can buy a "TRRS to TRRS" cable, plug 1 end in PC the other in your controller and use the Mic recorder in dreams to record from PC, the recording will only be MONO though, which is ok for sounds but not very good for music you create on PC.

TRRS has 3 black rings on the plugs.
