Put a Combiner set to Player Info to the Power of a Variable Modifier, The Combiner has inputs for each player (4), if a input is 1 the Variable Modifier affects that players Individual Variable, meaning you can store 4 individual values per variable.
Connect the Variable Value output to a Splitter, this gives the 4 values on individual outputs.
