ok - sounds to me like you need to split your music into two timelines - one that won't loop (intro) and one that will (main part). When the intro ends, start the main part. There is an output on the timeline's tweak page which fires when the timeline ends. You can plug this into a timeline but there is something else you need to do too - a permanently looping timeline needs power all the time, but the 'timeline finished' output only fires a pulse. So:
plug the timeline finished output of the intro part into the + input of a counter
plug the output of the counter into the power of the looping timeline
Sounds fiddly, but hopefully that makes sense!
