Just reiterating what the previous post stated, the tutorial on the last bridge you have to cross using the pink plank and adding two hinges, one either side will hopefully explain it.
From memory, when I did it my problem was I think it refers to a blue connection but mine was embedded in the blank so it was unclear to start with, but in the end sorted it. Hope this helps.
