In each thing you want to move, add a small cube or something in the place you want your thing to move, top of a flower for example. Make the cube invisible and set it to be affected by the force applier. Now make sure your plant does not get affected by the force applier, only your new box.
If I’m right (did not test this) your plants wil be affected where the cube was placed, giving the impression that the flowers are bending from the top or whatnot.
I think this should work....
