You will need a joint/connector to define the pivot point. Either a ball and socket for 360 rotation in any axis or a bolt for 360 rotation in a single axis. Joint limits can also be used to refine the range of rotation. The pivot point on the joint is the purple bit in the middle of the yellow and blue ends
