Can you explain in a bit more detail what you'd like to achieve? You can make your own footstep/land/jump system but just recreating what's in the puppet. To make a sound use surface layers you need to turn on Row Mapping on the last tweak page. If you then go into the sound and look at the sample mapper you'll see that it's now arranged with one row per layer. You can then add samples, either from your own imports or from other sounds, and they will be triggered for the appropriate surface type by the puppet outputs. You can drag slices from one sound to another if that helps. It's pretty advanced though, and we hope to provide a lot more ready made ones.
