Selecting the subtracted shapes definitely seems to need addressing. I think the suggestion of making them all visible (subtracted shapes could be transparent green or something) would be great. That or at least make hovering them and seeing the wireframe easier. It’s ridiculous to hover the edge and then hope you can time your click fast enough to grab it before it disappears again. I have to imagine this is something being worked on though. I sure hope so!
