It’s entirely up to you. I think they are the same in terms of performance. If you are changing loads of tweaks at the same then wiring would create loads of wires which can look messy so I would use a single key frame here. Conversely if it is a simple tweak wires can be a lot more readable as you can just follow the wire to the tweak. But neither are wrong.
